Summer starts with June
For this JuneĀ flip through I got nostalgic. When I was a kid I loved Pokemon and my girls love it now. So for this month, we spent a lot of time doodling all together and picking the cutest pokemon to put in our journals.
For this JuneĀ flip through I got nostalgic. When I was a kid I loved Pokemon and my girls love it now. So for this month, we spent a lot of time doodling all together and picking the cutest pokemon to put in our journals.
May, what a great month. From the showers come the flowers. But instead of going that traditional route for my May flip through I decided to do a ballet theme. Equally bright but a little more unorthodox, I chose to minimize the drawings and actually opted for colourful watercolour silhouettes of dancers. My floral fabric washi tape makes another appearance adding the flowers to the month of May.
April, the month I got it together as far as a theme goes. Take a look at my April flip through to really see the progression month over month when it comes to my bullet journal. Taking the time to find out what works really makes the difference and here was my prettiest month yet!

Continue reading “March Flip Through”Here is my FebruaryĀ flip through from my bullet journal! I used a pink flower theme with some green since I really liked the contrast. This is the first theme that had much to it at and I was definitely getting used to the spacing and where to put things.
Starting my bullet journal was like shot in the dark. I didn’t really know what I was doing or how it would turn out, all I DID know was that I needed a method of organizing my day that was as customizable as possible. Lots of people expect an amazingly beautiful journal right off the bat but the truth is it’s a process at first but that’s what makes it a great system.
