Alright! So Bluehost is the most widely used web hosting service and has a ton of benefits, including 1-click WordPress setup, making it super easy to get your blog set up in a jiffy. This step by step tutorial will help you set up your hosting service in less than 15 minutes. Let’s get started!

That will bring you to this page where you can choose the plan that’s best for you. If this is your first blog/website I would recommend starting with the basic plan. If you see that there are features that you’d like to have by all means choose the plan that fits!

After that, you’ll be asked to create your domain. Your domain is free with Bluehost (bonus!) so you don’t have to worry about any additional cost. Go ahead and enter your domain and choose .com, .ca, .net etc. from the drop-down menu.

Next, you’ll fill out your account information which is just you’re basic contact info.

You’ll also confirm your package information. Notice that the $3.95/m price is based on a 3yr term and it will be billed altogether. The great thing here is that you only have to worry about it once and you’re good to go for 3 whole years! You can add the extras if you want but they aren’t necessary.

Of course, payment info is next so just pop our credit card into the secure site and you’re all set.

And you’re all done with setting up your hosting!
